Ordering by mail (pounds sterling)

Cheques can only be accepted in pounds sterling. Please make your cheque payable to Auxbuss Publications. and send it, together with your complete order details, to the address found here.

Please allow seven days for your cheque to clear before your order ships. You may also send cash or postal orders.

It's not a bad idea to email us your postal address (in case you forget to include it with the cheque), and also so that we can confirm that we have received your payment and keep you informed of the status of you order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the price of all our products. We charge the same for shipping wherever you are in the world.

Order fulfilment

When paying by credit cards, orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. If you pay by one of the other methods, then we will wait until funds have cleared before shipping the order.

Returns

Your statutory rights to return goods and to be refunded for them is, of course, upheld by us. We will also replace damaged goods immediately. Should you have any problems or questions about your order then please contact us.
